In den letzten zwei Jahren musste eins von f\u00fcnf deutschen IT-Unternehmen Auftr\u00e4ge ablehnen, weil das notwendige Personal nicht zur Verf\u00fcgung stand. Trotzdem wird von der M\u00f6glichkeit, Fachkr\u00e4fte im Ausland zu rekrutieren, bisher kaum Gebrauch gemacht: Insgesamt 85 Prozent der im Rahmen einer Untersuchung der Stellenb\u00f6rse Monster.de und der CeBIT befragten Unternehmen gaben an, diese Option noch nicht genutzt zu haben und es auch nicht zu planen. An dieser Untersuchung nahmen 200 deutsche IT-Firmen teil, wie die Fachzeitschrift Personalwirtschaft in einem aktuellen Beitrag berichtet, in dem Haupterkenntnisse vorgestellt werden.<\/p>\n

Weiter wird aus der Studie zitiert, dass sich die Unternehmen eine Vereinfachung der Anerkennung von ausl\u00e4ndischen Abschl\u00fcssen w\u00fcnschen, auch die Einreise- und Aufenthaltsbestimmungen sollten gelockert werden.<\/p>\n

Internationaler „War for Talents“ findet ohne deutsche IT-Branche statt<\/p><\/div>\n

Anders sieht es mit der Aktivit\u00e4t deutscher IT-Firmen im Bereich Employer Branding aus. Laut Umfrage sind 64 Prozent der Firmen bereit, ihre Attraktivit\u00e4t f\u00fcr Bewerber (und f\u00fcr die Stammbelegschaft, die nat\u00fcrlich an das Haus gebunden werden soll) durch Gehaltserh\u00f6hungen zu verbessern. 69 Prozent m\u00f6chten die Arbeitsplatzattraktivit\u00e4t steigern, um auf diesem Wege neue Bewerber anzuziehen.<\/p>\n

Recruiting-Mix ist angesagt<\/h2>\n

Langfristigen Erfolg verspricht nur eine Verkn\u00fcpfung aller Kan\u00e4le. Neben einer Steigerung der eigenen Attraktivit\u00e4t als Arbeitgeber bzw. dem Herausarbeiten einer Arbeitgebermarke m\u00fcssen die Firmen aus der deutschen IT-Branche 2013 beginnen, offensiver nach ausl\u00e4ndischem Personal zu suchen. So k\u00f6nnen nicht nur unbesetzte Stellen vermieden werden, auch die Arbeitskosten lassen sich stabilisieren, da die Lohnerwartungen ausl\u00e4ndischer Bewerber \u00fcblicherweise unter denen ihrer deutschen Kollegen liegen.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
