Im Juni 2012 verzeichneten die Hotels in Bulgarien den h\u00f6chsten Prozentsatz der Auslastung in der EU. Die von Eurostat durchgef\u00fchrte Untersuchung zeigt, dass im Juni 2012 die Auslastung der Hotels in Bulgarien etwa 89,4 Prozent betrug. In der Rangliste stehen nach Bulgarien Cypern mit 77,4 Prozenten, Malta mit 75,7 Prozenten und sogar der Gastgeber der Olympischen Spiele Gro\u00dfbritannien mit einem Wert von etwa 72 Prozenten reiht sich hinten an.<\/p>\n

Deutliche Unterschiede bei der Hotelauslastung in Europa<\/h2>\n

Am unteren Ende der Liste steht die Slowakei mit 33,7 Prozenten, Rum\u00e4nien mit etwa 35,3 Prozenten und Polen mit 44,3 Prozenten. Im Hotel bestimmt die Bettenzahl die Kapazit\u00e4t, die zweckm\u00e4\u00dfigerweise in \u00dcbernachtungen gemessen wird. Der Prozentsatz der Auslastung gibt an, wie viele der maximal m\u00f6glichen \u00dcbernachtungen realisiert wurden.<\/p>\n

\"Auslastung<\/a>

Die Auslastung von Hotels in der EU nach Staaten<\/p><\/div>\n

Nur in vier L\u00e4ndern der EU, n\u00e4mlich Bulgarien, Lettland, Litauen und Deutschland, wurde nach Eurostat ein Anstieg von \u00fcber 1 Prozentpunkt der Auslastung ab Januar bis Juni 2012 berechnet. Ein R\u00fcckgang von mehr als einem Prozentpunkt wurde in Italien, Portugal, Schweden und Rum\u00e4nien registriert.<\/p>\n

Bulgarien setzt auf Tourismus<\/h2>\n

Der Tourismus hat sich seit Jahren als ein Markenzeichen Bulgariens etabliert. Gr\u00f6\u00dfte Entwicklungspotentiale sehen Marktbeobachter im Bereich Balneologie (B\u00e4dertourismus), der momentan einen Anteil am touristischen Angebot von nur 7 Prozenten h\u00e4lt. Ebenfalls gro\u00dfe Perspektiven gibt es im Bereich Kultur-und Landtourismus (Rural Tourism). F\u00fcr die ben\u00f6tigten Investitionen stehen auch umfangreiche Mittel aus den EU-Strukturfonds zur Verf\u00fcgung. In den kommenden Jahren ist mit dem Ausbau bestehender Gebirgsorte f\u00fcr den Wintersport sowie des Kur-und Wellnessbereich zu rechnen.<\/p>\n

Vielf\u00e4ltige Gesch\u00e4ftsm\u00f6glichkeiten ergeben sich f\u00fcr ausl\u00e4ndische Unternehmen bei der Bereitstellung von Know-how f\u00fcr den Tourismusbereich, im Export von Produkten f\u00fcr den Ausbau der Tourismusinfrastruktur und der allgemeinen Infrastruktur bis zu Zulieferm\u00f6glichkeiten bei diversen Hotelprojekten oder Technologien. Die rasche Entwicklung der Tourismusbranche in Bulgarien ist auch der hohen Qualifikation der Besch\u00e4ftigten zu bedanken. In Bulgarien gewinnt die Ausbildung an den Berufsschulen f\u00fcr Tourismus immer mehr an Popularit\u00e4t. Servicekr\u00e4fte, K\u00f6che und Hilfspersonal im Bereich der Hotel-und Gastronomie werden in mehr als 35 Berufsgymnasien in dem Land vorbereiten, wobei die Ausbildung auf Fremdsprachen, vor allem Englisch und Deutsch, zielorientiert ist.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
