Ein gestriger Beitrag im ZDF-Magazin WISO<\/strong> widmete sich den anstehenden rechtlichen \u00c4nderungen f\u00fcr Staatsangeh\u00f6rige derjenigen L\u00e4nder, die 2004 in der ersten Welle der EU-Osterweiterung Unionsb\u00fcrger geworden sind. F\u00fcr diese Gruppe laufen die unter anderem in Deutschland geltenden Restriktionen bez\u00fcglich des freien Arbeitsmarktzugangs am 1. Mai 2011 aus.<\/p>\n

„Osteurop\u00e4ische Arbeitnehmer-Flut ab Mai?“ titelt WISO in einem Bericht, der dieser Entwicklung leider nur Negatives abgewinnen kann. So wird zum einen auf den (seit Jahren anhaltenden) Trend in Deutschland verwiesen, dass Festangestellte in Betrieben durch Leiharbeiter ersetzt werden. Im Zuge der Osterweiterung w\u00fcrde dies noch weiter angeheizt, zudem die L\u00f6hne der Zeitarbeiter dann aufgrund der in Hunderttausenden bereitstehenden Osteurop\u00e4er noch st\u00e4rker unter Druck geraten k\u00f6nnten.<\/p>\n

F\u00fcr Bulgarien bzw. bulgarische Arbeitnehmer, die einen Job in Deutschland suchen, gelten auch nach dem 1. Mai 2011 weiterhin Restriktionen. Erst ab Januar 2014 wird auch f\u00fcr Bulgaren und Rum\u00e4nen (da die beiden Staaten gleichzeitig EU-Mitglied wurden) eine volle Arbeitnehmerfreiz\u00fcgigkeit gelten, d.h. die einseitig von Deutschland verh\u00e4ngten Restriktionen m\u00fcssen bis dahin auslaufen.Viele andere EU-Staaten haben von dieser M\u00f6glichkeit \u00fcbrigens keinen Gebrauch gemacht und ihre Arbeitsm\u00e4rkte offen gestaltet.<\/p>\n
