Zielsetzung ist es hierbei, sich als attraktiver Arbeitgeber zu profilieren und eine positive Arbeitgebermarke zu formen.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Die Arbeitgebermarke &#8211; wichtiger als je zuvor<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Durch diese Herausarbeitung und positive Besetzung der &#8222;Marke&#8220; des eigenen Unternehmens, und hierbei versteht sich ausschlie\u00dflich um das Branding als Arbeitgeber, soll die Effizienz der Personalrekrutierung, aber auch die Qualit\u00e4t der Bewerber dauerhaft ansteigen. Daneben sind Spill-over-Effekte auf die Produkt- und Dienstleistungsmarken im Dialog mit dem Konsumenten durchaus erw\u00fcnscht, wenngleich sie bei der Konzipierung von Employer-Branding-Kampagnen nur indirekt ber\u00fccksichtigt werden.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Wie wird nun der Wert einer Arbeitgebermare (bzw. der Erfolg der Erstellung einer solchen, also der <strong>Arbeitgebermarkenbildung<\/strong>) qualifiziert?<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Definition von Employer Branding<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Folgende Aspekte sind beim Aufbau einer Arbeitgebermarke von Bedeutung: Neben den Werten, die ein Unternehmen vertritt (Firmenphilosophie) spielen auch &#8222;harte&#8220; Faktoren eine Rolle &#8211; wie die Verg\u00fctung oder die Attraktivit\u00e4t der Produkte, mit denen sich ein Unternehmen auf dem Markt positioniert. Werden den Mitarbeitern attraktive Karrierechancen geboten? Und wie wird die kommunizierte Employer Brand in der Realit\u00e4t gelebt &#8211; handelt es sich um eine integre Arbeitgebermarke oder ist das gesamte Employer Branding eine mehr oder weniger leere H\u00fclle f\u00fcr einen unattraktiven Arbeitgeber?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Das Image des Unternehmens als Arbeitgeber spielt ebenfalls eine gro\u00dfe Rolle: Beispielsweise auf nationaler oder gar globaler Ebene\u00a0 &#8211; f\u00fcr Unternehmen in dieser Gr\u00f6\u00dfenordnung werden regelm\u00e4\u00dfig Untersuchungen durchgef\u00fchrt, etwa welcher Arbeitgeber bei Hochschulabsolventen derzeit am attraktivsten ist. Aber auch auf lokaler Ebene findet sich \u00e4hnliches &#8211; eine Firma, die beispielsweise mit Schulen zusammenarbeit, sich karitativ im Ort engagiert und nicht durch schlechte Medienberichte auff\u00e4llt, st\u00e4rkt ihr Image als attraktiver Arbeitgeber f\u00fcr die ortsans\u00e4ssige Bev\u00f6lkerung.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Das Employer Branding ist ein andauernder Prozess. Geht es dem Unternehmen gut, wird es durch positive Unternehmenszahlen und -berichterstattung unterst\u00fctzt.
