Die hohe Arbeitslosigkeit in Bulgarien hat sich als ein nachhaltiges Problem erwiesen, was jedoch keine Ausnahme von der allgemeinen Tendenz in Europa ist. Wie wird das Ph\u00e4nomen Arbeitslosigkeit gemessen?<\/h2>\n

Die Arbeitslosenquote<\/strong> ist der Anteil der Arbeitslosen an der Gesamtzahl der zivilen Erwerbspersonen, welche grunds\u00e4tzlich durch die Bev\u00f6lkerungsgr\u00f6\u00dfe in einem bestimmten Altersbereich definiert ist. Die Arbeitslosenquote ist ein wichtiger Teil der Arbeitslosenstatistik, weil sie ein Indikator f\u00fcr die Arbeitsmarkt- und Besch\u00e4ftigungslage darstellt.<\/p>\n

\"Arbeitslosigkeit<\/a>

Arbeitslosigkeit in Bulgarien 2011 bis 2013<\/p><\/div>\n

Das unten vorgestellte Datenmaterial basiert auf Untersuchungen des bulgarischen Instituts f\u00fcr Statistik und gibt Auskunft dar\u00fcber, wie sich die Arbeitslosigkeit innerhalb der Periode 2011-2013 entwickelt hat.<\/p>\n

Analyse der bulgarischen Entwicklung<\/h2>\n

F\u00fcr das Jahr 2011 betr\u00e4gt die Arbeitslosenquote der Bev\u00f6lkerung im Alter von 15 bis 64 Jahre 11,4% und diese Zahl steigt im Laufe der Zeit kontinuierlich an. Der Anteil der Arbeitslosen in derselben Altersgruppe hat bis 2013 um 1,6 Prozentpunkte zugenommen. Es sollte angemerkt werden, dass diese Quote bei den M\u00e4nnern immer 2 bis 3 Prozentpunkte h\u00f6her ist als bei Frauen.<\/p>\n

Aus den Angaben des Nationalen Instituts f\u00fcr Statistik in Bulgarien ist au\u00dferdem zu ersehen, dass sich 2011 die Arbeitslosenquote der 15 bis 29-j\u00e4hrigen auf 19,1 % bel\u00e4uft. Im n\u00e4chsten Jahr ist dieser Prozentanteil auf 20,8 % angewachsen bis er 2013 den Wert von 21,8% erreicht.<\/p>\n

Die Arbeitslosigkeit im Jahr 2013<\/h2>\n

Um die Tendenz ausf\u00fchrlicher zu beschreiben, werden wir das Jahr 2013 in Quartale analysieren. Im ersten Quartal 2013 war die Arbeitslosigkeit in Bulgarien 13,8 %. Anschlie\u00dfend wird ein R\u00fcckgang bis zu 12 % im dritten Vierteljahr registriert. W\u00e4hrend der letzten drei Monate hat sich die Quote wieder um einen Prozentpunkt erh\u00f6ht. Wenn wir die Angaben nach Alter gliedern (nicht in unserem Diagramm enthalten), f\u00e4llt es auf, dass die h\u00f6chste Arbeitslosenquote \u2013 ganze 28,4 % – unter den Vertretern der Gruppe 15-24 Jahre zu finden ist. Im Gegensatz dazu sind nur 10,1 % der Erwerbspersonen zwischen 35 und 54 Jahren arbeitslos. Gerade Personen, die einen ersten Einstieg in den bulgarischen Arbeitsmarkt suchen, haben also \u00fcberdurchschnittlich h\u00e4ufig unter Arbeitslosigkeit zu leiden. \u00c4hnliches l\u00e4sst sich auch auf anderen problematischen Arbeitsm\u00e4rkten feststellen, etwa in Italien oder Spanien.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
